Should be able to drive customer discussions independently and act as trusted advisor - Strong organizational and analytical skills - Strong ability to take bottom line responsibility - Self-starter and attitude to learn new technology and good interpersonal skills *Desirable technical/behavioral skills* - At least 5+ years of exposure to end to end Web Applications development and UI Enhancements - Desirable 4-5 complete lifecycles experience in Web Applications Projects in any industry *Typical level of experience* - 5+ years of relevant experience *Education* - Degree preferred from a premier institute with good academic record.
