*Position: QA Manager* *Location: NYC* *Duration: 12-36 Months* *Phone Interview and F2F (Local candidates)* *Job Description:* Client Looking for a QA Manager with 10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and Software Testing with a minimum of 5 years in leading quality assurance teams/groups within *financial industry, preferably on banking domain within Wealth Management*. The person has to be a motivated leader, self-starter, and a strong team player. With this role the candidate will have the opportunity of dealing directly with PM, BA, and Development team, working on various programs under banking, Money Movement, and Digital banking. - Excellent verbal and written skills - Relevant BA/BS or equivalent technical training and professional work experience - *Strong functional knowledge on Banking Products, movement of money, and various transactions/payments* - 7+ years of experience in writing test plan, strategy and test cases from business/IT requirements. Highly skilled testing in UNIX/Linux, & Windows application - 6+ years of testing distributed infrastructure tools/API-s. Experience with ESB (Enterprise Service Bus) and/or SOA architecture is highly desired. - 3+ years of mobile testing - *5+ years of database testing experience in SQL, Sybase/Oracle, DB2.* - Proven knowledge on various software development model, various phases of *SDLC, project and QA life cycle*, and testing methodologies. - Must have solid understanding on Data Quality and data management. Strong analytical, profiling and troubleshooting skills - 5+ years of experience in leading geographically diversified team with onsite and offsite resources.
