This position will be required to work with PLSQL in our oracle environments. The position requires a person to have a strong background in ArcGIS API for Javascript. Applicants with a background using SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) will be also be given preference. Candidate should have strong skills in implementing and consuming Web Services using WCF and/or ASP.NET Web API. This position will need to have a wide array of HTML5 experience in design and development and integrating into work flows. The person will be part of a development team that may integrate multiple desktop, mobile and web environments. The position is a member of the Bureau’s Development Team and assures that wildlife IT applications meet department and enterprise standards, and setting the pace for the program through leadership, innovation, adaptation, best practices, and transfer of knowledge. This position must maintain contemporary knowledge and expertise by staying abreast of current technologies.
