Position Description: The System Integrator applies technical, problem solving, project coordination and leadership skills to facilitate new system implementations or upgrades of existing ones, in support of company and IT initiatives. The position is strategic to bringing continuity and standards to the delivery process and ensuring quality infrastructure solutions across a variety of platforms and operational environments. Responsibilities: • Facilitate identifying and implementing technical solutions for business initiatives, within defined architectures provided by the enterprise architecture groups. • Estimate materials and labor for infrastructure delivery in support of proposed solutions. • Coordinate infrastructure delivery for large and small scale projects across functional groups and with multiple resources. • Identify and report risks and deviations from plan. Assist with issue resolution when appropriate. • Consult among groups, including Network, DataCenter, Database, Desktop, Middleware, etc., to integrate new architectures and technologies into the company’s technical infrastructure. • Act as a liaison between the IS Business Groups, Governance, Architecture, and Operations areas to execute project tasks. • Recommend configurations: evaluate processing requirements and work with technical leads to finalize hardware configurations. • Participate in the design/execution of integration, performance, and failover/recovery testing. Requirements: • Ideal candidate will have 10+ years of IS/IT experience. BS or equivalent experience. Advanced degree or MBA a plus. • Strong interpersonal skills – including verbal and written communication, meeting management, conflict resolution, team building. • Strong problem solving skills.
