The software engineer works on a team of four individuals helping to *design, develop, test, and deploy high quality software* as part of the clients application. Our application is a windows desktop application that installs and run from a PC desktop. We are *NOT LOOKING FOR ASP.NET <http://ASP.NET> C# Web developers* for the position. These ASP.NET developers work on web applications that run on a server and provide a user interface in a browser. There is some overlap between web and desktop development, *but we will always favor those candidates that have worked on desktop-based software*. Unless the Web developer brings other relevant skills to the table (or has a solid mix of web and desktop experiences) they are likely to be rejected.
