They will hire off of the phone. *Job Duties:* · Analyze and evaluate the needs of our business units and help align technology solutions with short and long-term business strategies. · Design document management solutions (e.g. workflows) to meet business units’ needs and best practices. · Test designed solutions before they are released; coordinate testing with business units. · Configure and troubleshoot our enterprise document management environment. · Provide tier 3 technical support in partnership with end user support professionals. · Evaluate and follow through on issues and problems until resolved or escalated. · Document and evaluate issue patterns to plan and recommend process improvements. · Provide training and technical guidance to end users. *Required Skills:* · A bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2 or more years experience working in the areas of business or systems analysis; 4 years of experience working in business or systems analysis with a non-related bachelor’s degree. · 1 or more years of experience with Perceptive Software’s ImageNow Content/Document Management Application. · Experience with testing cross-browser, cross-platform, and/or cross-device compatibility for inconsistencies.
