Team will be building a new technical integration layer connecting UnitedHealth Care assets to commercialized Optum assets. This layer will include the foundation and tools other teams will use to transmit information between the myriad of applications. Roughly 8 team members identified but will be growing to 25-30 people over the next few months. Heavy dependency management with other teams within the program... lots of negotiation on prioritization. Will be working / coordinating with other Scaled Agile and waterfall teams Want to identify a scrum master that can coach up a historically waterfall team that can do the scrum master role BUT also grow into the APL role as the team expands. Differentiating Characteristics Loves the challenge of taking a team through an agile maturity curve Technical background is a plus Scaled Agile exposure more desired because this person will have to help lead this group with more autonomy.
