MVC, ASP.net are a plus. • Proficient in code and performance optimization techniques, particularly for web development (caching, async/sync, multi-threading, design patterns, etc.) • Proficient in Microsoft SQL databases, development and troubleshooting • Strong knowledge in IIS server architecture and configuration • Strong problem solving, analytic and troubleshooting skills. • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Must be a fast learner and can adapt and navigate quickly with minimal guidance and supervision and be able to work on multiple projects at a time, if needed. • Bachelor's degree (B.
