We have an urgent requirement for below position, please let me know if you

*Title:                           Performance Test Lead*

*Duration                       6 Months*

*Location:                    Phoenix, AZ*

*Rate:                           $50/hr (all inclusive)*

*Start date:                  ASAP*



*Job Responsibilities Include:*

·         Excellent knowledge and Working experience in *HP Quality Center,
UFT, Load Runner 12 or 11, Load Runner Controller (VuGen), Load Generators
(Performance/Load test process*, methodology and best practices) is a must.

·         *Testing experience with Oracle EBS 12.2.3 is required.*

·         Finance QA Technical Resource with 6-8 Years of testing
experience and good Oracle EBS Finance experience.

·         Knowledge in HR, Procurement, EAM, AP, FA, i-Expense modules is
optional.

·         Should be able to conduct work group sessions for gathering
requirements, analyze requirements, prepare test plan and test cases,
prepare test scripts, execute test cases, generate and distribute test
results.

·         Track and prepare a report of testing activities like test
results, performance baselines etc.

·         Prepare performance metrics at the end of each load test cycle.

·         Ability to map and document the process from start to finish with
little or no support.

·         Experience of working at onsite and offshore.

·         Excellent verbal and written communication & interpersonal skills
as the position demands regular interactions across level with technical
and functional stakeholders. Should be able to attend the regular client
call and discuss the status with stakeholders (business stakeholders, SMEs
& technical stakeholders) independently – Behavioral.

·         Capability to prioritize and work on multiple issues. Ensure the
timely delivery of different testing milestones.

·         Should be a self-starter and a proactive person. Good individual
contributor as well as a team player with ability to build strong partner
confidence.

·         Should have the ability to think analytically, offer ideas &
recommendations as required.

·         Capability to work with highly customized and sensitive
environments.

Knowledge of Oracle protocols(EBS,JDE) and other protocols(web, Telnet and
others)
