Oregon Department of Education (ODE), Office of Information Technology (IT), is seeking a Software Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst III Lead with skills and knowledge regarding oversight leading the Quality Assurance function of an enterprise level project. The ODE has the immediate need to complement current IT staff with a contracted Software QA Analyst III Lead. ODE has a high priority Information Systems project that requires the role of a Software QA Analyst III Lead to ensure its successful deliver. The project has grant funding and needs to be completed under the USDE grant reporting criteria. The purpose is to procure a Software QA Analyst III Lead to compliment the current ODE IT staff and to define the required tests necessary to insure adequate testing of the ALDER Identity Resolution match process, develop test scripts for all testing phases required for the ALDER project, assist with testing using developed test scripts, evaluate testing results, and provide documentation of the test results to ensure the project applications are ready for a production environment and its successful delivery.
