*Title: SAP HCM Architect*
* Location: Austin, TX Duration: 6+ Months*
Worker Responsibilities
-
Contractor is expected to respond within two (2) hours to any high
priority payroll - HCM issue which might disrupt METRO's *weekly* &
bi-weekly payroll runs or GL posting processes.

Contractor is expected to estimate individual work efforts, which must
be accepted prior to commencement
-
Contractor is expected to adequately document changes and problem
resolution steps to satisfy knowledge transfer to METRO personnel.

Contractor is required to use Solution Manager for issue tracking
and the associated resolutions, solutions and changes. Contractor
consultants are expected to know how to use Solution Manager without METRO
guidance.

Contractor is required to obtain pre-approval for work assignments in
excess of 100 hours

All transports are to be identified, documented and subject to METRO's
change control processes

Periodic hours are not guaranteed and contracting support organization
is expected to be diverse enough to handle either increases or decreases in
support demands.

METRO expects our selected Contractor to help us reduce dependency on
their support through continued education and knowledge transfer of
resolutions to problems.

SAP HCM Time (US Based); TM configuration, TM development in existing &
emerging technologies, TM related security roles and TM error resolution

SAP HCM PA / OM / BN (US Based); configuration, development in existing &
emerging technologies & portals, security roles and error resolution.

SAP ESS & Client configuration, development and issue resolution including
Open Enrollment via ESS.

SAP US PAYROLL (US BASED). Solid PY configuration, PY development, related
PY security roles in existing & new technology, payroll related error
resolution. Emerging technologies (FIORI, Persona, etc)
