Minimum of five years (required) or seven years (preferred) database management and development, experience with data warehouse database architecture and decision support tools in a Microsoft SQL Server environment. Microsoft MCDBA, MCITP, or MCSE (Data Platform) certification is preferred: • High proficiency with database analysis, development, administration, stored procedures, SQL query analysis and optimization, SQL Server Integrations Services (SSIS), Data Transformation Services (DTS), and triggers. • Familiar with a variety of industry standards regarding Microsoft database development concepts, practices, and procedures. • Proficient with Microsoft database tools and technologies and performance tuning. • Demonstrated ability to effectively architect complex databases to meeting the need of the rapidly changing business environment. • Proficient in current and recent versions of Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Visual Studio, and database optimization and monitoring tools. • Maintain SQL Server Infrastructure, disk space, capacity management, stripping and configuration of disks.
