Senior Business Intelligence Business Analyst The Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Business Analyst (BA) requires an excellent communicator that thrives in a collaborative environment. This position demands both business acumen and technological exposure in BI. The Sr. BA must bridge the gap between the business and IT partners through facilitation, mediation, documentation and analytics. The Sr. BI BA is an individual that can work independently and possesses strong attention to detail. The position reports to the Manager of Business Intelligence. The Sr. BI BA will collect requirements for BI initiatives, both small and large. This person will work with project and business teams to drive process through the software development lifecycle.
