Here is the job description: Title: MS Exchange Administrator Location: New York City, NY Duration: 6 Months Required Skills: -Deep understanding of Microsoft AD including but not limited to GPO, schema, registry, programming interface with AD. -Deep understanding of the mail system including the Microsoft Exchange, standard SMTP, programming or scripting to automate the Monitoring, integration of the SMTP mail flow and MAPI applications. -Good understanding of mail architecture, mail backbone, and mail architecture design. -Good understanding of administration scripts and language such as VB, VB script. -Good understanding of network. -Outstanding and logical troubleshooting skill for the 3rd level support. -Good understanding of LDAP and be able to programming or scripting for LDAP administration and management. -Good understanding of WEB, especially Microsoft IIS. -Basic knowledge of the server hardware is a must. Understanding of the storage such as SAN, NAS etc. is a plus. -Good team player. -A good IT staff to accomplish tasks or performs research independently. -Flexible to work in NY and NJ offices. Desired Skills: -Experience and knowledge of Quest QMM is definitely a plus. -Good understanding of SQL, SQL database, database query. The understanding of any other databases is a plus. -The skill and capacity of Mail backbone architecture engineering and designing is a plus. -The skill and capacity of Microsoft AD architecture engineering and designing is a plus.
