ICAR primarily serves the Child Support Recovery Unit (CSRU) and is one of the bureaus under the DHS Divisions of Data Management. This senior IT developer will function within a team of dedicated web developers. Responsibilities include: 1. Serve as a Technical lead on projects from concept through the post-implementation stage of the Software Development Life Cycle. 2. Serve as a Programmer/Developer on projects lead by other Technical resources 3. Work on New Development, Maintenance Projects, Testing, Requirements/Specifications creation, Problem Logs etc., Other required skills: Ability to work in a team environment and experience with Microsoft Office products. Hands-on programming experience with ASP.net, VB.net, Object Oriented programming, Visual Studio Team Edition, Team Foundation Server Required 5 Years Hands-on programming experience with .Net Framework 2.0 and above; Java Script, jQuery, JASON, VB Script, Web Services and XML Required 5 Years Hands-on programming experience with application developement within a Service Oriented Architecture. Required 5 Years Strong T-SQL skills with extensive query and stored procedure developement with SQL Server 2005 or above.
