*Jira Administrator* *Location: Warren - NJ* *Contract: 6+ Months* Enhance JIRA application to customize as required. Troubleshoot any JIRA issues for users. Upgrade JIRA when necessary. UNIX experience required since JIRA instance runs on UNIX server. Write APIs as needed to enhance JIRA screens. Maintain JIRA backups. Knowledge of LDAP / Active Directory authentication. Integrate JIRA and Confluence (for User management and Issues/Pages sharing) Additionally, maintain and administer Confluence and Accurev. Duties include maintaining backups, upgrading versions when required, troubleshooting issues for users, as needed. Enhancement to Confluence as needed. Knowledge of Jenkins is required.
