At clients direction, Vendor will provide client with up to ninety-seven (97) person days to assist client with the configuration review, implementation, test and performance analysis and tuning of client’s current Oracle GoldenGate (“GoldenGate”) replication non-production environments. Vendor will assist client with configuring GoldenGate to replicate data in a bi-directional and active-active replication architecture for client’s Credit Card Authorization database environments running on Structured Query Language/Management Pack (“SQL/MP”) hosted on Hewlett-Packard (“HP”) NonStop servers; such assistance may include the following services:replication Design and Architecture exposure/experience.
