The awarded candidates will work alongside the existing MDOC technical team, which includes state and contractor staff, to process incoming requests for data reports and extractions related to offender management, personnel/payroll, inmate banking and other MDOC departments The awarded individual will perform the tasks outlined below. Identifies application problems and researches and recommends appropriate solutions. Analyzes, codes, tests, and debugs assigned applications or enhancements. Designs reports and screen layouts for new and enhanced systems. Prepares program and end user documentation information consistent with functional procedures. Performs related or similar duties as required or assigned.
