Position : ETL Designer with Ab Initio
Location : Atlanta, GA
Duration : 6+ Months
Max Rate : $55-$58/hr on C2C - Need Green Card and US Citizens ONLY
*Skills and Experience Required :*
- 5+ years experience in with ETL Design and Development using Ab Initio
- 5+ years experience in system analysis design development and
testing of Data Warehousing Solutions (including ETL interfaces)
- Experience working with underlying big data platform(Hadoop)
- 5+ years experience in experience with various database technologies
like Oracle DB2 and MS SQL Server
- 5+ years experience in experience SQL and Linux
- Experience working with Ab Initio Metadata repository or equivalent.
- Familiar with IBM BI method standard data warehouse concepts
practices and procedures required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelors or higher level degree
- Experience with version control management preferred.
- Previous experience writing UNIX Shell scripting preferred
- Perform design of common data ingestion validation change data
capture data load components
- Identify/design for transformation pushdown optimization to Hadoop
platform
- Identify and resolve design/development issues/roadblocks
- Liaison with Testing team support system integration and Acceptance
testing.
- Participate in team meetings with on/off-shore team.
- Nice to have:
- Experience with Ab Initio v3.2.x or later
- Experience with Ab Initial Metadata repository
- Experience working with HDMFS
