Knowledge of testing and SQA concepts . Experience designing and building test cases . Experience in Test execution, problem determination and defect tracking. . Excellent teamwork and communication skills . High degree of self motivation, commitment and integrity. . Excellent attendance and punctuality . Excellent logic skills and attention to detail. . Aptitude and interest in learning Publix's test environments . Ability to adapt to and follow Publix's testing methodology and standards Special Qualifications: Preferred qualifications: Knowledge of and experience using Test Director/Quality Center specifically for writing test cases and executing test cases. SQL querying skills Work Description: . Works directly with project team on small to medium projects to understand the system requirements. . Uses the testing requirements and system specifications to design test cases which adequately test the system . Builds test cases in Quality Center. . Participates in test environment setup and system configuration. . Executes test labs and test cases in Quality Center, verifies the test results against expected results and tracks any defects. . Provides problem determination on defects and logs the defects in Quality Center.
