Thanks in advance!! * *Job description: * *Responsibilities:* · Staff the project and support teams for setting up and deploying SIP Trunking across the enterprise. · The resources will be involved in the transition of current traditional Local exchange carriers to the utilization of the SIP Trunking to provision all voice calls. · Participate in change activities including checkouts, pre/post testing, and handover. · Development of SIP Trunking Solution (offer design & engineering assistance) · Deployment, testing, and rollout of SIP Trunking solution · Update of telephony related workflows and process to accommodate this change (including documentation) *Basic Qualifications:* · Advanced hands-on experience (i.e., design, implementation, & troubleshooting) with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Unity Connection (CUC). Should be able to understand the interdependencies between the below and build environments using these constructs: · Calling Search Spaces, Partitions, Media Resource Groups, Device Pools, Router Patterns, Route Lists, Route Groups, and Translation Patterns. · Knowledge and experience with the SIP protocol and can troubleshoot call-flow issues using SIP logs. · Experience troubleshooting fax issues that utilizes SIP between the Call Manager and VG224 Gateways, Call Manager SIP Trunks, Cisco VG224 Gateways (configured to use SIP), and Analog Fax Machines · Experience configuring and troubleshooting Media Resources, Voice Gateways, and Cisco VG Gateways. · Experience troubleshooting Local Exchange Carriers (LECs) Traffic & Trunking that utilize the SIP Protocol. · Some understanding of Oracle (ACME Packet) Session Border Controllers.
