Please send resume to *[email protected] <[email protected]>Job Title: PM SAP TestingLocation: Minneapolis, MNDuration: 6 Months* POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: • Ensure that we have delivered a high quality SAP product to our business customers with the expected functionality requested. • Oversees and manage all critical quality and test initiatives across multiple complex SAP systems (SAP ECC, APO, CRM, GTS,…) • Drives ownership & accountability of quality assurance engineering within the SAP application life cycle management • Validate and approve test plans for large SAP projects • Responsible and accountable for driving an effective and efficient test strategy for both manual and automated, for new projects, enhancement packs, major upgrades, fixes, etc. • Build quality assurance engineering capabilities and competencies into overall SAP domain • Responsible and accountable for test infrastructure and tooling (test script development, maintenance, test automation, etc.) • Articulating benefits and best practices to senior customer stakeholders • Evaluating/ challenging / defending the approach to testing and test data management as warranted. • Planning, defining, executing, and analyzing high-level performance testing strategies and solutions through business, functional and technical expertise. • Responsible for demand, planning, capacity and staffing management • Responsible for budget and financial management for department • Responsible for KPI & Metrics management and report out to senior management • Partners strongly with business process teams, release management, development and production assurance teams to assure quality is embedded in to overall operations • Build partnerships with external technology vendors and internal technology business partners to optimize service delivery BASIC QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION REQUIRED: Bachelors Degree *YEARS OF EXPERIENCE *: • 7 years of IT work experience • SPECIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: • QA background and experienced in testing successful, LARGE SAP implementations that involve integrating with existing complex legacy systems. • SAP Functional Experience - Experience working with multiple SAP modules (e.g. Material Master, Sales & Distribution, Finance, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management) preferable in ECC6 • SAP Testing Experience - Experience in analyzing large complex solutions to identify high risks functional and in non-functional areas that might impact critical business processes due to change. *DESIRED/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS* • People Management - Experience in leading global teams • SAP Certification • Testing Certification • Good understanding of the SAP Software Development Life Cycle • Experience in Test Planning and development of Test Data Strategies • Experience in working with Onshore/offshore model • Ability to clearly communicate complex technical ideas, regardless of the technical capacity of the audience • Strong inter-personal and communication skills: written, verbal, and technology illustrations • Significant experience managing Quality and/or Test teams and projects following waterfall and AGILE methodologies • Strategic thinker and capable of providing thought leadership and abstract thinking • Ability to quickly understand and incorporate new technologies • Must be experienced in effort estimation techniques, presenting different pricing models based on demand • Experience and knowledge of Testing tools (Solution Manager BPCA, TAO, HP QC) and methodologies • Designing and building a high performing organization • Understanding of technical SAP landscape • SAP Functional & technical knowledge • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to develop effective relationships with business users, technical staff and executive management Thanks & Regards Syed Afzal Technical Recruiter TekisHub Consulting Services LLC 1000 N West Street, Suite 1200, Wilmington, DE, 19801 (D) 302 613 2500 Ext 107 (F) 617 830 0525 -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP BASIS" group.
