Role; Senior Recruiting Team Lead Location: Bangalore Compensation: TBD/DOE Job Duties/Responsibilities: Recruiting - As a Senior Lead Recruiter you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, qualifying, assessing, negotiating and closing candidates to fulfill current and forecasted requirements nationwide. - Extensive experience with USA recruiting process like W2, Corp2Corp, 1099 - Responsible to understand and analyze the requirements in different domains - You will use your interpersonal skills to build long-term relationships with consultants. - Training new Recruiters, mentoring Recruiters within the branch/department, deploying the proper recruiting resources to ensure coverage of requirements, and providing various reports and assuring the recruiting staff adheres to system requirements, productivity metrics, etc. - Working with the BDM as an end-to-end resource on assigned client relationships to identify strategic, and transactional IT staffing needs. - Understand the client’s needs and respond urgently by recruiting effectively and in a timely manner. - Source potential candidates by utilizing job boards, referrals, advertising, social media and other resource pools. - Post job requirements on the internet to increase candidate pool. - Present job opportunities to potential candidates and negotiate contract terms along with competitive pay rates. - Coach candidates through the interview process. - Maintain relationships with new employees and build new candidate leads. - Good business acumen translating to a great story telling ability about the opportunity. - Developing relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the procurement and measurement process. *Supervisory;* 1. Help current recruiting staff to organize and execute recruiting activities in a quality and productive manner. 2. Assigning the requirements to the team and make sure of the Fulfillment of need with in turnaround time - TAT 3. Arrange for or provide training as necessary for current staff 4. Onboard and train new recruiting staff 5. Supervising day to day recruitment pipelines, maintaining & updating reports. 6. Report on activities and accomplishments to Director/VP Consulting 7. Ensure recruiting staff is maximizing their efforts toward obtaining quality candidates. 8. Ensure that recruiting staff follows all BTC policies and procedures 9.
