Document solution implementation, create solution job-aid/how-to guide. *Day-to-Day Job Duties:* • Create SharePoint based business workflow solutions and applications. Provide technical assistance to the project and operational support team by designing, developing and testing SharePoint based workflow solutions, leveraging primarily out of the box SharePoint functionalities, *Nintex Workflow* and InfoPath form. • Attend requirements meetings to assist business analysts in requirements gathering and provide input into the feasibility of application design based on the documented business requirements. • Provide time estimates and timely status updates for assigned project tasks. • Document solution implementation, and create solution Job-Aid/How-To Guide. • Provide operation support for SharePoint solutions, including troubleshooting workflow and access management issues. • Monitor the system for the opportunity for tuning and optimization. Ensure that all monitoring and maintenance tasks have been established. • Identify and communicate tactical level best practices. • Collaborate with project stakeholders (business customer, end users, project managers, and technical team), follow organization software development processes to produce quality products that meet business needs and project timeline. *Required / Desired Skills* The default requisition class values have been copied to this requisition. *Add* Experience as a software developer in performing analysis, design, development & testing of applications using MS technologies (e.g. C#, MS-SQL) Required 7 Years Experience with MS-Sharepoint development (MS-Sharepoint 2013, MS-Sharepoint 2010 Application Solution Development) Required 3 Years Technical SME for Sharepoint, previously implemented Sharepoint based business solutions, business process automation solutions Required 3 Years Experience with workflow tools such as *Nintex or InfoPath* Required 1 Years Experience with Agile software development Desired 2 Years Experience with design and development of Microsoft .NET applications Desired 2 Years Experience with SharePoint and .NET integration Desired 2 Years Experience with Relational DB (e.g. MS SQL Server, Oracle) Desired 2 Years Regards...
