*Job Title:* Oracle SOA Sr. Developer with min 10/years exp. *Submission Deadline: 04/20/15* *Location: Washington, DC* *Client : Incapsulate, LLC* *Duration : 12+ Months* *Start Date: 04/27/15* *Position Description:* Develop and implement new tools and processes / integration platform for the inbound and outbound interfaces between our client and its internal and external vendors including but not limited to the RSTARS (C.2.1.2), health carriers vendor, District agencies, OPM, DCPS and its vendors, and others. - Develop, implement, and maintain application integration platform based on the utilization of the Oracle SOA Suite software. - Conduct interface testing (system and regression). - Deploy new integration platform into production and coordinate cut-over activities. - Conduct transfer knowledge to the District personnel for the ongoing operations and maintenance of the integration platforms. - Develop and maintain all required documentation including but not limited to integration architecture design and system details, logical and physical application diagrams for each and every inbound and outbound interface (real time and batch). Required Skills: 7 Years Web Services / Messaging 2 Years Oracle SOA Suite 11G 2 Years JBoss SOA 5.0 5 Years SeeBeyond 4.5.3 / Java CAPS 5 Years Unix / Red Hat Lunix / Shells 8 Years FTP/SFTP/PGP/GPG/VPN Tunneling 5 Years PeopleSoft HCM Application Messaging / Integration Broker 7 Years MS Office / Project / Visio 6 Years Java /J2EE / Java Script 1 Year BPEL 15 Years MIS / Software Engineering / Computer Applications 6 Months Oracle Managed File Transfer 2 Years Experience with a Federal and/or Municipal Government Local Data Hub. 2 Years Experience with integration between PASS (procurement automation support system) and SOAR (DC financial system). 2 Years Experience with Oracle Studio for Oracle SOA Suite connectivity to mainframe. 3 Years Experience with Health Care B2B integration / web services.
