The EAI team is managing the connections, integrations and data flows with 100’s internal applications and external business partners, allowing the client to exchange business information. This MARS service manager leads and advises the client towards an overall vision for Monitoring, Automation & Reporting of the EAI landscape and its operations. Systemically analyses existing monitoring, automation and reporting capabilities within EAI and target improved tooling, processes and organization. Aim is to meet contractual obligations on service reporting and to reduce operational cost (automate, avoid incidents, self-healing,...) and improve service levels. Requires extensive knowledge of several EAI technologies including TIBCO, Axway and SAP PI product suites, combined with deep understanding of the MARS capabilities offered by HP (Service Heath Analyzer SHA, Open View,..) and on the markets (e.g. Axway Sentinel). Involves strong leadership skills (leading small global team) and management of several overlapping projects. Able to support new business initiatives for solutioning and pursuit (build Business Case, SOWs, resource estimating,…) Collaborate with other Service Excellence teams and delivery teams on the account. Requirements: · 5-8 years of experience with EAI technologies (TIBCO, AXWAY) from a functional experience role ( not implementation but from an operational view, IE data center monitoring and analysis · Experience with HP service tools such as openview, SHA, etc. · Project/team lead experience · Excellent interpersonal skills · Experience as a data center service lead/manager for large global company.
