*Job: SAP Trainer/ Instructor* *Location: Bellevue, Washington* *Duration: 6+ Months* *NOTE: * ****NEED SAP SD training Experience 3-5 years.* ****The Consultant will be Training/Instructor for the first 4 weeks at Bellevue College in Washington.* *Qualifications* The primary responsibilities of this position are to effectively deliver onsite SAP training to ensure successful SAP implementations of various SAP modules. To execute ongoing Pre and post-deployment training and end user support initiatives (onsite and remote) to maintain and further enhance the SAP skills/proficiency within the student community. The position will work closely with the Instructional Designers, the IT Deployment team and the respective SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) at Bellevue College in Washington to analyze the unique business processes and specific training needs of SAP deployment, to adapt training materials, lesson plans and delivery methods as needed and to develop training/class schedules in support of the overall Training and deployment plan. *KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:* · Work closely with the IT SAP Deployment Team and the client site SMEs to understand unique business processes and training needs during the pre-deployment phase (including audience and delivery method analysis) · Work closely with the Instructional Design Team to adapt training plans/ materials / lesson plans / exercises to best support the pre-deployment training of a particular site · Deliver instructor lead training as part of a team (lead trainer / co-trainer) or independently · Develop and execute pre-deployment training schedules in cooperation with the client site to cover all affected roles · Build data/scenarios in the SAP training to support hands on exercises for students · Coach students in the class on one-on-one as needed *PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS*: · Bachelor’s Degree (communications, computer science or science-adult education preferred) or equivalent combination of education and experience · 2 or more years classroom adult training experience (SAP preferred) · Solid hands-on experience with SAP SD, SRM (Shopping Carts) and Materials · Ability to create/ set up training data in SAP SD, FICO, SRM/ECC MM to support hands on training exercises *SYSTEMS PROFICIENCY:* · SAP (Training and instruction experience in multiple modules required) · Expert knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint required) · MS Sharepoint (preferred) · MS Visio (preferred) Thanks & Regards, Matt Blair / Global Resource Management, Inc.
