Learn and document the functional business requirements for the Finance, and Management Resources units as they relate to the financial applications, General Ledger, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. 2. Analyze Trusts, Purchasing, Budgeting and Disbursements functionality to determine if a comprehensive software solution is available. 3. Develop evaluation criteria for a replacement solution. 4. Prepare a request for information and submit for vendor response 5. Assist in the evaluation of vendor responses to identify software packages that meet the needs of the Client. 6. Act as a liaison between Client and software companies. 7.
