GC/EAD ONLY. * *JOB DESCRIPTION:* The Project Manager II works with project stakeholders to plan and execute projects that deploy electronic tools to physician practices. The role provides hands-on project planning and management to ensure project goals and objectives are achieved. This role coordinates the efforts of all project stakeholders using proven project tools and methods including communicating change, mitigating risks, monitoring schedule adherence, and adhering to quality standards. Create and maintain an environment that guides a project to its successful completion. On-board and orient project team. Clarify and communicate project objectives, including detailed understanding of deliverables and success criteria. Provide leadership to implementation teams consisting of internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that they function cohesively. · Interact with diverse personnel to ensure open communication across all stakeholders. Prepare communication plan and related project status reports.
