Please do let me know if you have any suitable candidates for the same. *DOT NET LEAD and onshore coordinator * *Location - Johns Creek, GA* *Contract - 6 months but likely to extend* Key Responsibilities: As an Onshore coordinator/technical lead you will be responsible for delivering .NET based projects while utilizing both onshore and off-shore team members. The role requires you to be a hands-on contributor and contribute to technical design, development activities as well. Specific requirements for this job are: · Liaise with the client and an off-shore team and enable robust communications · Understand requirements, develop technical specifications, transition necessary knowledge to the off-shore · Create and manage schedules and work with an off-shore team on a day-to-day basis to meet delivery expectations · Create technical designs and specifications · Estimate technical effort, create work breakdown structure, identify and mitigate risks · Take overall delivery responsibility · Coach and mentor team members · Work with client stakeholders and Keystone team to ensure a quality delivery to time, scope and budget. · Own stakeholder management while ensuring confidence in the solution being delivered. · Managing project changes appropriately *Knowledge and Skills Requirements: You should have:* · At least 8+ years of relevant work experience with a concentration in front end design and backend development · Should have prior experience in delivering projects using a hybrid on-shore/off-shore resource model · Knowledge of Microsoft development tools including Visual Studio 2008/2010 and TFS. · Strong programming experience with .Net Framework, ASP.Net, C#, LINQ, WPF, WCF, MVC, XML and SAML 1.1/2.0. · Must have familiarity with MVC4 · At least 2 to 3+ years of hands on experience in HTML5, CSS3 and JQuery. · Experience with web service standards (WCF, REST, and SOAP). Also an ability to create secure web services. · Development background using Entity framework. · Expert in software design patterns such as Front-controller, MVC, Interceptors and others. · Strong programming skills in a Microsoft environment · SQL Server database design and implementation experience · Experience in building .Net architecture, re-usable components and SOA. · Experience working with enterprise web applications or high volume sites · Timely creation of appropriate technical artifacts e.g. Solution Design Documents · Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills required to operate as a contributing member of virtual teams that deliver quality services · Awareness of new and emerging technologies and the potential application on service offerings and products provided by IT. *Experience:* · 8+ years in a corporate IT environment · 2 to 3 years as a technical lead and onshore delivery coordinator · Experience in both Waterfall and Agile/Scrum Methodology is required · Work experience in a professional services industry, preferred · Big 4 experience is a plus · Experience in supply chain applications a big plus *Education:* · A degree in Computer Science or a related discipline · Any Microsoft Certification is a plus *Thanks & Regards,* Alex Rodriguez Talent Acquisition Manager Data Group Inc.
