*Responsibilities:Short term:* - Deploy number formatting fix to PROD - Deploy email typo fix to QA/UAT. - Which email address should be used for support. Should it be the same as the user sign-up address or not? We have conflicting information on this. *Medium term:* - Update wording of password reset email to be different from the wording of the new password email. - Links between help files need to be fixed and links from help files to external document and Flash tutorials that haven't been updated need to be removed. - Logo resolution needs to be higher, but this requires a Java update to the HTML and PDF report generators. - PDF display is almost impossible to read since pages are never split horizontally. This may be able to be addressed during the logo update. - Come up with a list of terms in reports that are not translated and determine fixes on the DB end. - Change load balancer settings to prefer City West servers and fallback to Frankfurt servers if City West is down. Right now, the Frankfurt servers must be stopped after deployment and brought-up again if necessary due to problems with City West. *Long term:* - Implement automated integration testing in Selenium for DMR-IPP-PLATFORM. This should significantly reduce defects and QA effort. - Migrating DMR-IPP-PLATFORM to JBoss 6. - Automated method to bring-up fallback batch server if the primary batch server fails.
