*MUST HAVE experience with SAP Workforce Analytics and SuccessFactors. No
exceptions!!! *

We have a need for a Strategic SAP HR leader in Harrisburg, PA. The person
would be asked to have an initial conversation with a client’s SAP HR team
and then potentially attend and present at a CIO roundtable event.

*The topics to be discussed are: *
- How have other companies utilized Workforce Analytics to drive
improvements in internal talent and/or drive HR strategy? Ideally this
person should be able to explain SAP workforce analytics in addition to
‘general’ workforce analytics
- How have other companies addressed the use of Cloud in their IT
strategies, specifically as it relates to HR data (think data privacy) and
ideally as it relates to SAP’s HR strategy (think SAP ECC HR on premise vs.
SuccessFactors in the cloud)
