b. Must have track record of mentoring developers and data analysts in
the practical utilization of services in a broader platform experience

Gateway
- Layer 7 = security
- IIB = service / orchestration
- SOA DB = MySQL
- MQ = messaging
- Websphere = SOA app delivery
- Linux/Unix = platform
- Java = both
- SOAP = service framework protocol
- REST = service framework protocol
LOBSB
- Datapower = security
- WESB = service / orchestration
- SOA DB = Oracle
- MQ = messaging
- Websphere = SOA app delivery
