Role: Oracle Contact Center Anywhere (CCA) Designer Location: New York Duration: 6 months Rate: 85/hr *Skills required:* The enabling technology specialists for each technology report to the Enabling Technology lead on the Technology Team. They are responsible for the implementation of Shared Services enabling technologies and integration with PeopleSoft, other enabling technolgies, and the processes.
