At least 5-6 years of strong experience in operations management
driving deployments or releases
· In-depth understanding of the Microsoft technology stack
including Windows Servers, IIS Administration, SQL Server and
Administration and the .NET suite of tools
· Sound understanding of Database Administration, T-SQL Query
writing skills, tuning database for performance, and setting up for
availability through active-active or active-passive failover clustering
with strong troubleshooting skills
· Excellent communication skills, both oral and written along with
ability to multitask and has strong analytical skills
· Solid experience with scripting (C#, PowerShell,) and .Net Tools

Setup, refresh and support of pre-production environment to support
development, performance, E2E testing
· Proactively engage with engineering teams in providing feedback
on deployment guide/instructions as well as automated deployment scripts
driving towards end goal of curtailing repeatable and error prone manual
deployment tasks and driving clarity on deployment processes and
instructions
· Deployment of bits from pre-production environments all the way
to production to support various delivery schedules to meet business
objectives and automate them wherever possible - the goal is to get
One-Click Deployments
· Troubleshoot and resolve deployment issues and provide feedback
to development team.
· Manage availability of applications, systems, and servers in
various environments along with Network set up and trouble shooting
· Drive process improvements within the team and the larger
organization as a whole
· Drive the deployment and support of complex client/server and
database software systems in collaboration with a global team
· Primary technology skills: Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012
· Secondary technology skills: IIS, SQL, Virtualization, Load
Balancing - Big IP, GTM, PowerShell Scripting
