Ø Advise IT management, Project leaders and customers by providing directions on IT technology, opportunities and market trends. Ø Work with cross-functional teams to elicit & document accurate, comprehensive business requirements and functional specifications (Develop advanced engineering business documentation, designs and plans for implementing solutions). Ø Assist the business on process analysis and improvement, organizational change or strategy to meet business requirements. Ø Significant experience in leading analysis in large international projects Ø Ability to provide technical leadership and support to other analysts BS/MS/MBA or equivalent ü Large/Proven experience as a business analyst working in a technical environment. ü Experience of working face to face and remotely with customers from IT, the Business and Vendors. ü Ability to analyse and document business processes together with an understanding and an ability to convey the resulting product requirements and implications. ü Knowledge of structured analysis methods.
