Database development work is performed with Oracle 11g RDBMS, Oracle PL/SQL, and BI Publisher 11g. This programmer is to create data structure and capture all data into the repository of an Oracle database. Other responsibilities are to maintain and enhance database structure, perform SQL programming/tuning, and utilize BI Publisher 11g to generate outputs. Such data can be entered via the electronic forms developed by utilizing LiquidOffice or from other front end web based functionalities/screens/data load/data sources. MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college, preferably in a computer-related field. Experience with Java development work in an Oracle Application Server environment utilizing JDeveloper and Oracle 10g/11g RDBM, TOAD, and OBIEE publisher. This requires the development of Java web-based components, Oracle database, and Oracle Reports. Strong Oracle DB programming experience. Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE Demonstrated experience doing Oracle development and ETL work, including extensive and complex PL/SQL and performance tuning (query, procedure, Oracle objects, and ETL tuning).
