(Required) · Ability to understand HPCM issues (functional & non-functional) and find and implement the right solution (Required) · Should be able to effectively communicate with business users to understand their issues and articulate solutions (Required) · Should be able to actively participate in daily and weekly project planning/reporting activities (Required) · Should have hands on experience of HPCM – Standard and Detailed Profitability Models and Essbase (Required) · Should have exposure to the following key processes: Profitability and Cost management, Management reporting (Required) · Exposure to the following key processes is an added advantage: Financial close and consolidation process, Planning and budgeting process, Management reporting.
