In this environment, the person selected will be supporting data and voice services across a wide spectrum of users that includes our client's Contact Centers. Successful candidates will have previous experience supporting network and/or telephony systems for private organizations or Local Exchange Carriers (LEC). Previous experience troubleshooting issues collaboratively with Local Exchange Carriers and/or Inter-Exchange Carriers is highly desired. This position is for a Cisco Network Support Analyst who will be supporting Data, Voice and Contact Center Networks.
