seeking an individual with prior experience providing helpdesk support
within a Converged Network. In this environment, the person selected will
be supporting data and voice services across a wide spectrum of users that
includes our client's Contact Centers. Successful candidates will have
previous experience supporting network and/or telephony systems for private
organizations or Local Exchange Carriers (LEC). Previous experience
troubleshooting issues collaboratively with Local Exchange Carriers and/or
Inter-Exchange Carriers is highly desired.

This position is for a Cisco Network Support Analyst who will be supporting
Data, Voice and Contact Center Networks. We are looking for someone with
very strong Contact Center (UCCE) skills to provide Incident Management &
Problem Resolution to user reported problems. *It is for 3rd shift  with a
schedule of Sat/Sun-Wed/Thurs 10pm-6:15am*

   - Very strong IP Networking skills
   - Experience supporting WAN circuits and working with Local Exchange
   Carriers (LEC) troubleshooting T1 or similar circuits
   - Experience supporting VOIP network (Cisco)
   - Cisco Customer Voice Portal (CVP) or ICM
   - Cisco CUCM support experience
   - Experience with ISR Gateways
   - Installation experience
   - Application Configuration Support Knowledge
   - Infrastructure troubleshooting
   - Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) experience
   - Experience with Multiple instances of UCCE to ICM gateways
   - Knowledge of adjunct connectivity
   - CTIOS troubleshooting server side
   - TCP/IP networking fundamentals
   - Understand ITIL Principles (Service Management)
   - Good written & verbal communications skills (English)
   - Self Directed, Team player, Ability to work with both technical and
   non-technical people
   - Ability to work in a collaborative environment including mentoring and
   assisting others in skill development
