*Location: MN* *ACCOUNTABILITIES* · Work with the business to identify business needs, develop business requirements and technical design documents, and develop applications which fulfill the requirements & meet the business need · Prepare and/or participate in the development and execution of unit, acceptance, & system test plans. · Adhere to software development methodology and application development standards. *SELECTION CRITERIA* · A minimum of 5 – 6 yrs. application design and development experience is required. · A minimum of 3 years of experience utilizing Visual Studio, VB.NET <http://vb.net/>, and ASP.NET <http://asp.net/>. · Additional experience on the IBM iSeries (A/S400) and exposure to SQL, RPG-IV, and DB2 is highly desirable. · A very strong knowledge of the .NET Framework and related design and development best practices is necessary.. · Must be able to pick things up quickly, analyze system issues, and modify legacy applications without a great deal of assistance.
