To design, configure, enhance and maintain application programs
supporting SAP CRM Service Order Management
*Must Have:*
Must have deep Business process understanding of Service Order
Management with integration to Logistics and Financials
Must have SAP functional experience in SAP CRM Service Order Management
including CRM Service Orders, Service Contracts, Warranties, SLA, Service
Execution, Service Confirmation, Product Service Letters(PSL)
Must have experience in integration with ECC for Service costing
Must have experience of integrating service management with CRM WFD-RPA
for scheduling/dispatch.
Experience of designing service organization model and integration with
HR
Experience of conducting blueprint workshops with all stake holders
Experience of writing functions design documents in CRM service
management area
At least 2 full life cycle implementations in service management for a
global organization in any industry
*Nice to have:*
Experience of integrating service management with MRS or Click Software
Experience in SAP Cloud of Service(C4S)
Experience in Mobility applications such as SAP Service Manager for
Field Service
