§  Make sure the all performance test requirements are in place
§  Provide help to the application team in identifying the workload like 
frequently used transactions, transaction rate etc
§  Prepares Test strategy/Plan
§  Define performance test scenarios
§  Coordinate testing activities with the team
§  Analyse the performance test results
§  Collect  performance monitoring statistics by coordinating with support 
team
§  Identify performance bottlenecks and provide general recommendations if 
any
§  Repeat the test executions after changes to the application, system 
configuration
§  Prepare Interim Test report after each test cycle
§  Prepares final summary report
§  Provides Progress status report

§  6-8of Performance testing and engineering experience
§  Should have completed performance engineering/testing for a large program
§  Minimum 2 years of hands on experience in Apache Jmeter
§  Good working experience in HP Load Runner or NeotysNeoLoad
§  Expert in application backend server monitoring using HP siteScope or 
Perfmon or any other monitoring tools
§  Expert in identifying performance bottlenecks  using tools like 
Appdynamics or Dynatrace
 
*Good-to-Have*
§  Good understanding of mobile application performance testing and 
middleware performance testing
§  Knowledge on network simulation using HP NV or NeotysNeoLoad
§  Sound knowledge on Internet of Things , Cloud and big data concepts
§  Knowledge on MQ (Messaging Queues)
§  Knowledge on different protocols like SOAP, HTTP(s), AMQP etc
