Please do let me know if you have any suitable candidates for the same. *Job Title** : Oracle R12 E-biz suite Functional Consultant – Mfg Module* *Work Location: **Charlotte, NC* *Duration**: 12 Months* *Billing Rate: **$60 / hr C2C* *Relevant Experience (Yrs) * : 6+ *Technical/Functional Skills*: The candidate should have strong Functional Knowledge of Oracle Manufacturing Module. Modules include BOM, Inventory, WIP, Costing etc. Should be strong in Discrete/Flow Manufacturing, Mobile Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, and Production Scheduling. This position will also support shop floor requirements such as labeling, routings, costing, or fulfillment as required. Experience with Oracle Order Management is also a plus *Experience Required*: Experience in Oracle Application Functional modules (particularly Manufacturing Module) *Roles & Responsibilities*: Should be able to handle following independently : Business Requirement Gathering Process Mapping, Map – Gap Analysis Gathered requirement, write MD50, implement the solution Business User clarification Functional Design Document preparation for customization Facilitating the Technical Team in design clarification and development Data Migration activities, if any *Responsibilities:* · Perform technical activities related to large ERP implementations, including partnering with technical staff resources on/off shore. Responsible from requirements gathering through design, development and implementation. · Provide Functional skills in the design, development and implementation of application reports, interfaces, conversions and extensions (RICE) to meet the needs of the business and project scope. · Assist with business process re-engineering utilizing best business practices supported by Oracle e-Business Suite in the area of Manufacturing/Shop Floor Management to improve productivity and customer interaction · Drive the adoption of standard work processes, standard application functionality and data standards · Deliver specific implementation/support expertise required for Manufacturing Management · Responsible for process, data analysis, data clean-up, conversion and validation · Develop and perform detailed unit and integration testing, cut-over planning, and execution · 5 years of ERP implementation experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 full implementation life cycle experience. · 5 years of experience with hands-on working experience with Oracle e-Business Suite specifically with the following modules: Inventory, Bills of Material, Work in Process, Flow Manufacturing, Quality. *Generic Managerial Skills**:* As the requirement needs extensive customer interaction following skills would be required: Excellent communication skill (verbal and writing) Strong analytical ability Excellent Organization and Planning capability *Education**:* Bachelor’s Degree, Masters Degree in Management would be added advantage *Thanks & Regards,* Alex Rodriguez Talent Acquisition Manager Data Group Inc.
