*Experience Required* :
- Experience in design and development of workflows to build the data
integration capabilities using Informatica PowerCenter
- Experience in handling complex transformation scenarios in ETL processes
- Able to interact with business stakeholders to translate the business
requirements into efficient technical solutions
- Able to mentor other ETL developers in the team
- Experience in handling performance issues with the data integration
- Adapt ETL processes to accommodate changes in source systems and new
business user requirements
- Able to define the work packages
- Experience in data blinding (row level, column level)
- Understanding of agile methodologies
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills to quickly recognize,
isolate, and resolve technical problems

- Coordination with technical leads, offshore & SMEs
