*Position 1: Sr Business Analyst*
*Location : Downtown LA*
*Duration: 6Months*
Analyze the clients business objectives, processes and resources,
and suggest ways by which re-design (BPR), or improvements (BPI) can be
made to achieve the objectives
· Assess, develop and execute a plan to implement a business
transformation solution
· Develop and execute Stakeholder management plan
· Lead team to conduct analysis of client business processes and
functional requirements.
· Oversee preparation of appropriate documentation to communicate
and validate the findings
· Lead the team to conduct the analysis of existing infrastructure,
and recommend efficient, cost effective solutions which support client
business processes and functional requirements
· Provide leadership and direction to team members to ensure that
the business requirements are appropriately defined and that an enhancement
or project is warranted
· Coordinate and lead cross-functional task forces to identify and
document functional requirements, work flow, information sources and
distribution paths, and system specifications
· Review the development of business cases to ensure the cost,
service, and benefit dimensions of proposed large, complex projects are
appropriately reflected.
· Analyze the strategic profile of the organization and its
environment, advising senior management on suitable policies, and the
effects of policy decisions.
· Manage complex, often global, stakeholder alignment and issue
resolution using sophisticated executive influence skills

*Position 2: Dev Ops/ Build Engineer*
*Location: Columbus OH*
*Duration: 6 Months*
Must have skills: Devop's concept, Build And Release Process, SCM
tools(SVN,jenkins,websphere), Unix scripting
Job Responsibilities:
· For on boarding exiting application, performing Knowledge
transition from Development team to SCM team on build and deployment
process.
· For New applications, work with development to get the
requirements of application build and deployment process.
· Once the process KT is complete from development team, build
engineer role is to write build and deployment scripts according to SCM
team standards and processes to IST, QA , Performance and Production
Environments.
· After complete of the scripts development and process setup,
build engineer role is expected to execute the builds and deployments to
all above environments based on weekly scheduled build calendar.
· Build engineer is required to perform smoke/sanity tests for the
applications deployed and also troubleshoot the application for the issues
that arise as part of the smoke test process.
· Build engineer is expected to learn the architecture of all the
applications to help trouble shoot any issues for each applications.
· Build engineer need to periodically analyze the hardware and
software capacities of build infrastructure and provide appropriate
recommendation to the Management team for improvements and immediate
attention.
· Build Engineer is required to be proficient in Ant, Shell and Per
Scripting. Should be familiar with Code Management Tools like Clearcase.
SCM Process regarding Build, Release and Source Code Management.

*Position 3: Oracle Fusion Accounting Hub Technical Expert*
*Location: Charlotte, NC*
*Duration: 6 Months*
Experienced Oracle Fusion Accounting Hub (FAH) consultants \ SME possessing
the following skills:
1. Experience integrating Fusion Accounting Hub (FAH) with PeopleSoft
Financials and providing reporting and analytical solutions.
2. SME\Work experience in PeopleSoft Financial \EPM solutions.
3. Experience using Fusion Financial Reporting center to deliver
financial reports.
4. Experience integrating PeopleSoft General Ledger with Fusion
Accounting Hub (FAH) to synchronize data/transfer financial results.
Experience Configuring Accounting Rules in Fusion Accounting Hub (FAH).
5. Experience in any of the following FAH features : Provided
Financials Allocation solution
6. Worked with Sub ledger Accounting in FAH Implementing FAH
consolidations
Minimum Requirements:
5 years of experience with a major ERP Financial system (Peoplesoft
Financials (FMS) is preferable).
2 years experience with Oracle Fusion Accounting Hub (FAH)
8 years of overall IT experience.
1. Oracle Fusion Accounting Hub Technical skill (Must Have)
2. Oracle Fusion Accounting Hub Functional expertise(Preferred)
3. Great communication skills
4. Should perform as a Lead
Should be able to work with Client and Third party consultants
