*Role : PeopleSoft HCM Tester* *Location : Milwaukee, WI* *Duration :Longterm* *Requirement : * Experience in defining and executing Testing Plan and Strategy for ERP projects – - Ability to Define Test Scenarios/ Test Scripts for PeopleSoft 9.1 modules: Experience in HCM modules – Core HR, NA Payroll, Benefits Administration - Analyze Business processes and identify testing scenarios - Thorough understanding of SDLC cycle for an ERP implementation with specifics related to Testing - Testing techniques, methods – Regression, Black-box and White Box - Experience in working in a Global Delivery model including off-shore and onsite - Experience in defining Parallel Testing strategy and plan for an ERP implementation – PeopleSoft 9.1 Preferred - Define and execute SIT plan for implementation projects - Report daily status of Testing related tasks based on a Testing Plan - Update Testing plan in alignment with the overall program plan - Maintain testing results and follow-up from bug reporting till closure - Analyze bugs and categorize them - Ensure and Validate the product that is build with the Design/ Business requirements defined - Author test scenarios and guide a team of testers to complete daily testing activities, with hands-on testing, as required - knowledge of testing best practices, industry tools and methodologies -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP BASIS" group.
