Must Have Skills:
4+ years’ experience working with PeopleSoft HCM that includes:
1 or more projects working with PeopleSoft Enterprise Learning Management
PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 experience
Professional Skills:
Fast learner
Desire to extend skills and knowledge base
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to lead teams
Ability to self-manage
Ability to negotiate
Ability to work with Executives
Strong presentation skills
Ability to self-manage and demonstrate initiative
Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
