We also support all Windows/Linux, and VMware ESX based servers. We are charged with troubleshooting and resolving Incident Records that relate to server and network hardware assisting 2nd/3rd level teams with hardware/OS/network related issues. This team has the responsibility to recover the Intel platform for any of the production data centers should a disaster be declared. This team also does testing, refining, and creation of documentation throughout the year on disaster recovery procedures. The team is responsible for the coordination of the installation, cabling, and the load of basic configuration of network and server hardware. Basic maintenance and troubleshooting is also performed on all network hardware and network connectivity for the following services for Network and Server Provisioning Incident Management, Project / Service Consulting, Moves Administration, Change Management, Business Partner Support, and Maintenance.
