*Duration:* 12 months+ extensions *Interview Process:* Phone, Skype *Notes:* · This manager leads up a team that is going to implement LES (Lab Execution System) and ELN (Electronic Lab Notebook) bought off the shelf by BioVia. They have implemented the systems in the Foster City location, but this coming year plan to enhance the systems in this location, and implement them in all of their new locations including London, Ireland, San Dimas, Ocean Side. · Must be able to work with cross functional teams in a dynamic environment · Must have experience in a regulatory environment (Biotech, Pharma, Med Device companies, etc) · Must have great communication · Must be aggressive, not soft-spoken, and smart · He has had 1 interview so far, and passed because one didn’t have a leader/aggressive personality and one because they did not have experience in a regulatory environment *Key words that are a plus:* for the systems they are using: ELN, LES, BioVia, WellQuest, SmartLabs, (Biovia bought WellQuest which had created SmartLabs. When they were bought, they renamed SmartLabs to LES, so could see these words instead in resumes) -Should be able to clearly explain project and lab knowledge *Job Description:* The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the full end-to-end delivery of business solutions to the business. The Senior Project Manager is a hands-on expert in project planning and execution including: scope definition and managements, task and resource scheduling, cost and price budgeting, quality review and assurance, client relationship management, project team management, and overall change management. The Senior Project Manager will be 100% accountable for the on-time, on budget delivery of solutions per the approved specifications. This person will be a strategic thinking, quality driven individual, who will provide leadership, direction, coordination and coaching for project managers and project teams during their day to day management and implementation of IT & Business projects, programs, activities and processes.
