Experience with Kana Classify. Exposure to Kana reports. Experience installing and configuring IBM MQ Series Server. Experience installing and configuring IBM Websphere Application Server. Experience installing and configuring IBM HTTP Server This Engineer is a hands-on technical position supporting a Kana platform for an implementation. This position provides technical expertise and leadership for designing and implementing Kana solutions and responses for Secure, non-secure messages. The position will work in the infrastructure team provisioning Kana solutions. Additionally, this engineer will assist with the production support as post go live support. This is in the Health Care domain.
